How to use a Pay-Go voucher

Enter the 12-character code from a SkyPro Internet agent. Plan vouchers start straight away; value vouchers add money to your wallet.

You can buy Pay-Go vouchers from SkyPro Internet agents and pay for your Wi-Fi without a card or transfer.

How to load a voucher

  1. Join the SkyPro Internet Pay-Go Wi-Fi and sign in with your phone number and PIN. See how to get online.
  2. Tap Load a voucher.
  3. Enter the code exactly as printed. It looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  4. Confirm.

If you loaded a value voucher, go on to activate a plan from your wallet. Then make sure your device's internet access switch is on.

Typing the code correctly

Voucher codes are 12 characters made of capital letters and numbers. To avoid mix-ups, codes never use the characters 0, O, 1, I or L. If you think you see one of those, it's probably a different character (for example 8, Q, 7 or J).

Important

Only buy vouchers from SkyPro Internet agents, and keep the code private until you've loaded it. Anyone who has the code can use it. Vouchers are non-refundable once bought.
