How do I check if SkyPro Internet covers my address?

Use the online coverage checker or the app to see if our broadband reaches your home or office.

SkyPro Internet broadband reaches homes and offices by radio, so it only works where our signal reaches. Before you sign up, check your address. It takes about two minutes and nobody needs to visit you.

Good to know

Broadband is currently available only in Abuja. Outside Abuja you can still get mobile data with a SkyPro Internet eSIM.

How to check

  1. Open the coverage checker (or tap Check Coverage on skypro.ng), or use the coverage checker in the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. Give your exact location. The most accurate way is to stand at the address and tap Use My Current Location.
  3. Or enter your coordinates by hand. In Google Maps, press and hold on your building (on a phone) or right-click it (on a computer), then copy the numbers. They look like 9.0820, 7.4891.
  4. Enter the installation height in metres. This is how high our outdoor receiver would sit on your roof or pole. As a guide, count about 3 metres per floor of your building, plus the height of any mast.
  5. Tap Check Coverage and read the result on the map.

Tips for an accurate result

  • Use your exact building. A street name can be hundreds of metres off. Coordinates from your building give the right answer.
  • Higher is better. If the result is borderline, try a greater height. A taller mast may help.
  • Your building height matters. A low building surrounded by taller ones may not get a signal.
  • It's an estimate. New buildings or tall trees nearby can change the real result.
