How to top up your wallet

Your wallet holds the money that pays for your plan. Topping it up before your plan ends means you can renew straight away, or let auto-renewal do it for you.

#In the SkyPro Internet app

1. Open the app and tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose to fund your wallet.
3. Enter the amount you want to add.
4. Pay by debit card or bank transfer. Payment is processed by Paystack.
5. Your new balance and receipt appear under Payments.

#Your own bank account number for transfers

Once your broadband service is set up, the app shows a dedicated bank account number just for your wallet (under Payments, choose bank transfer). Any transfer you make to that number from your banking app is added to your wallet automatically, usually within a minute.

• If the money hasn't appeared after a few minutes, tap I've made a transfer — check now.
• Only use the account number shown inside your own app or portal. If anyone sends you a different number by SMS, WhatsApp or a call, don't pay. See official payment channels.

The Paystack checkout also offers card, USSD and bank transfer if you prefer to pay one amount at a time.

#On the client portal

1. Go to customer.skyprointernet.com and sign in with your email or phone number and password.
2. Top up your wallet and pay by card or bank transfer.

#How much should I add?

At least enough to cover your plan for the next 30 days. You can check plan prices in Plans and prices.
