How to turn on auto-renewal

Turn on Auto-renewal on the Home screen of the app so your plan renews from your wallet automatically and your internet never stops.

With auto-renewal on, your plan renews automatically for another month from your wallet when it runs out, so you never go offline. Auto-renewal is on by default, and you can switch it off in the app at any time.

Turn it on in the app

  1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. On the Home screen, find the Auto-renewal switch.
  3. Turn it on.

You can also turn on auto-renewal on the client portal at customer.skyprointernet.com.

Keep your wallet funded

Auto-renewal pays for your plan from your wallet. It only works if the wallet has enough money in it when your plan ends.

Tip

Top up your wallet a few days before your plan ends. The Home screen shows how many days are left. See how to top up your wallet.

Important

If the wallet doesn't have enough money when your plan ends, your plan won't renew and your internet will stop until you recharge. See how to resubscribe.

Turning it off

Use the same Auto-renewal switch on the Home screen. With it off, your plan simply ends after 30 days unless you tap Recharge.
