How do I check how many days are left on my plan?

Your plan runs for 30 days. You can see how many days are left at any time in the SkyPro Internet app.

#In the app

1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
2. Go to the Home tab.
3. Make sure Broadband is selected at the top.
4. Look under your plan name. You'll see:
   • your plan, for example "Deluxe Plan, up to 50 Mbps"
   • whether your line is Online
   • the number of days left

#In the client portal

Sign in at customer.skyprointernet.com to see your plan, usage and billing.

#What if it says 0 days left?

Your plan has expired, and your internet stops until you renew. This is one of the most common reasons for "no internet".

1. Top up your wallet if needed.
2. On the Home tab, tap Recharge.

#Checking an eSIM instead?

Switch to eSIM at the top of the Home screen. Data left and days left show under My eSIMs. See checking eSIM data.
