How to check how much eSIM data is left

See your remaining eSIM data and days left under My eSIMs in the SkyPro Internet app.

You can see how much data and how many days you have left on your eSIM at any time in the SkyPro Internet app.

Steps

  1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. At the top of the Home screen, switch to eSIM.
  3. Look under My eSIMs. Each eSIM shows its data left and days left.

Tip

To make your data last longer, connect to trusted Wi-Fi when you can, and turn off automatic app updates and video autoplay while on mobile data.

The numbers look wrong

Your phone's own data counter may show a different number from the app, because it counts differently and may include other lines. The SkyPro Internet app shows the balance on your eSIM plan.

If the app's balance still doesn't look right, message us with your phone model and plan.
