eSIM mobile data

My eSIM isn't working

Quick checks if your eSIM installed but you have no data, and what to send us if it still doesn't work.

Updated 29 October 2026

If your eSIM is installed but you have no data, work through these checks.

1. Check you have data left

Open the SkyPro Internet app, switch to eSIM and look under My eSIMs. If you have no data or no days left, top up your eSIM.

2. Check the eSIM line is turned on

In your phone's mobile or cellular settings, make sure the SkyPro Internet eSIM line is switched on.

3. Check it's the line used for mobile data

On dual-SIM phones, set the SkyPro Internet eSIM as the line for mobile data. If your normal SIM is chosen, your phone will use that instead.

4. Abroad? Turn on data roaming

When you're outside Nigeria, turn on data roaming for the eSIM line. See using your eSIM abroad.

5. Restart your phone

Turn your phone off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. You can also turn Airplane mode on, wait 10 seconds, and turn it off again.

Important

Don't delete the eSIM from your phone to "start again". A deleted eSIM may not be reinstallable. Message us first.
