How to top up your eSIM

Out of data or about to run out? Top up or switch your eSIM plan in the SkyPro Internet app.

Run out of data, or about to? You can top up or switch plans in the SkyPro Internet app. There's no need to buy a new eSIM.

Steps

  1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. At the top of the Home screen, switch to eSIM.
  3. Under My eSIMs, choose the eSIM you want to top up.
  4. Choose Top up and pick a plan.
  5. Pay in the app.

Your new data is added to the same eSIM, so you don't need to install anything again.

Good to know

Plans and prices vary by destination and are shown in the app before you pay.

Tip

Check your balance regularly under My eSIMs so you can top up before you run out. See check how much eSIM data is left.

Changing destination

Travelling somewhere new? The plans available depend on the country. Choose a plan for your new destination in the app. If you're unsure which to pick, ask us before you travel.
