How to install your eSIM

After buying your eSIM, install it from the SkyPro Internet app and set it up on your phone in a few minutes.

Once you've bought your eSIM, you install it from the SkyPro Internet app.

Steps

  1. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or has working mobile data.
  2. Open the SkyPro Internet app and switch to eSIM at the top of the Home screen.
  3. Open your new eSIM under My eSIMs and follow the install steps in the app.
  4. When your phone asks, confirm that you want to add the eSIM.
  5. Give it a clear label if your phone asks (for example "SkyPro Internet").

After installing

Your phone now has two lines: your normal SIM and the SkyPro Internet eSIM. On most phones you then:

  • Choose the eSIM for mobile data. In your phone's mobile or cellular settings, set the SkyPro Internet eSIM as the line used for mobile data.
  • Keep your normal SIM for calls and SMS if you want to keep using your number.
  • Abroad: turn on data roaming for the eSIM line. See using your eSIM abroad.

Important

Don't delete the eSIM from your phone's settings unless you're sure. A deleted eSIM may not be reinstallable. Ask us first.

Good to know

Exact menu names differ between iPhone and Android models. Look for "Mobile data", "Cellular" or "SIM manager" in your phone's settings.
