Using your eSIM abroad

How to use your SkyPro Internet eSIM when you travel, with clear upfront prices and no surprise roaming bills.

Your SkyPro Internet eSIM works in 190+ countries. Travel plans have clear, upfront prices, so there are no surprise roaming bills.

Before you travel

  1. Check that your phone supports eSIM.
  2. In the SkyPro Internet app, switch to eSIM and tap Buy eSIM.
  3. Choose your destination country and a travel plan, then pay in the app.
  4. Install the eSIM while you're still at home on Wi-Fi. See how to install your eSIM.

When you land

  1. Turn on the SkyPro Internet eSIM line in your phone's mobile or cellular settings.
  2. Set it as the line for mobile data.
  3. Turn on data roaming for the eSIM line.
  4. Give your phone a minute to connect to a local network.

Tip

Keep your normal SIM switched on for calls and SMS if you want to stay reachable on your number, but turn off data roaming on your normal SIM. That way all your data goes through the eSIM and your home network doesn't charge you roaming.

While you're away

  • Check your data left under My eSIMs in the app.
  • Running low? Top up in the app.
  • Going on to another country? Choose a plan that covers it.
