How to tell if a technician is really from SkyPro Internet
Real technician visits come from a support request and our technicians carry SkyPro Internet ID. If in doubt, contact us before letting anyone in.
Sometimes people turn up at a customer's home claiming to be from SkyPro Internet. Here's how to check.
How real visits work
- A visit happens because of an installation you paid for, or a support request where our support team decided a visit is needed.
- Our team contacts you to arrange the visit.
- SkyPro Internet technicians carry SkyPro Internet ID.
Before you let anyone in
- Ask to see their SkyPro Internet ID.
- Ask why they're here. Did you book an installation or report a fault?
- Not expecting anyone? Don't let them in yet. Contact us on an official channel to confirm the visit:
- WhatsApp: +234 808 110 4449
Important
A SkyPro Internet technician will never ask you to pay them in cash or into a personal account, for equipment, a "renewal" or anything else. All payments are made in the app or client portal. See how to pay SkyPro Internet safely.
Contacting technicians
Please contact SkyPro Internet, not technicians directly. We can see your case and reach the technician for you, and it means there's a record of everything.
Something felt wrong
If someone visited claiming to be from SkyPro Internet and you weren't sure, tell us. Note their name, phone number, what they said and what they did, and report it.
