How to report a scam or suspicious message

If someone pretended to be SkyPro Internet or asked you to pay them, here's what to do and what to send us.

Updated 29 October 2026

If someone has pretended to be from SkyPro Internet, asked you to pay into a personal account, or asked for your password or OTP, please tell us. It helps us protect you and other customers.

If you haven't paid

Don't pay, and don't share any codes or passwords. Then report it to us.

If you've already paid or shared card details

Contact your bank immediately and tell them it was a scam. Banks can sometimes stop or trace a payment if they're told quickly. Then report it to us.

What to send us

The more detail, the better:

  • The phone number, WhatsApp number or email that contacted you
  • The name they used
  • Any account number or payment details they gave you
  • Screenshots of the messages
  • When it happened
  • Whether you paid anything, and how much

Where to report it

Good to know

We may ask you to confirm who you are before discussing your account. We will never ask for your password, card PIN or OTP code while you report a scam.

Remember

SkyPro Internet only takes payment in the SkyPro Internet app or on the client portal at customer.skyprointernet.com, by card or bank transfer via Paystack. We never accept cash and never ask you to pay into a personal account. See how to pay SkyPro Internet safely.
