How do I get the SkyPro Internet app?

The SkyPro Internet app is free on iPhone and Android. It's the easiest way to manage your broadband and your eSIM, without needing to contact us.

#How to download it

1. Tap the link for your phone: App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Or open the store and search for SkyPro Internet.
2. Install the app and open it.
3. Sign in, or create an account if you're new.

#What you can do in the app

• See your plan, whether your line is Online, and how many days left.
• Recharge your plan or Change plan.
• Turn Auto-renewal on or off.
• Fund your wallet by card or bank transfer and see every receipt.
• Check your live speed and how much data you've used.
• Check coverage at an address.
• Buy, install and top up a SkyPro Internet eSIM.
• Get help through live chat, a call, WhatsApp or email.

#App or client portal?

Prefer a computer? The client portal at customer.skyprointernet.com does most of the same things. A few features are only in the app: live chat, calling support from the app, and instant alerts. We recommend installing the app even if you mainly use the portal.
