How do I create a SkyPro Internet account?

You need a SkyPro Internet account to buy broadband or an eSIM, pay, and manage your service. You can create one in the app or on the client portal.

#In the SkyPro Internet app

1. Download the app – search for SkyPro Internet in the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and choose to create an account.
3. Enter your details and follow the steps on screen.

#On the client portal

1. Go to customer.skyprointernet.com, or click Client Portal on skypro.ng.
2. Tap Don't have an account? Create one.
3. Enter your details and follow the steps on screen.

#Tips

• Use an email address and phone number you check often. You can sign in with either, and we use them to reach you about your service.
• Choose a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
• Keep your password to yourself. SkyPro Internet staff will never ask for it.

• Broadband: choose a plan, pay, and our team will contact you to schedule installation.
