How to make a call

#Make a call

1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
2. Switch Home to Calls (tap the card at the top of Home and choose Calls), or tap the round green call button on Home.
3. Dial the number on the keypad.
4. Tap the green Call button.

You can also call someone back from your recent calls.

#Is this call free?

• The number is on the SkyPro Internet calling network: the call is free. These are people who use the app and have verified their number.
• The number isn't on the network: the call goes through your SkyPro Internet phone number and is charged per minute from your wallet. The app shows the price before you call.

If you don't have a SkyPro Internet phone number, or the phone service isn't available yet, you can invite the person to get the app so you can call each other for free.

#During a call

You can mute, use the speaker, and open the keypad (for example, to press numbers in a menu).

#Good to know

• You can be on one call at a time.
• Calls use your internet connection. On a weak connection the sound may break up. Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or to a spot with better mobile data.
• If the other person doesn't answer, the call stops ringing after a short while and shows as missed for them.
