How do I receive calls?

When someone calls your number, your phone rings like a normal call, even when the SkyPro Internet app is closed. Answer it the usual way.

Receiving a call is always free, including calls to your SkyPro Internet phone number.

#Who can call you

• Other app users reach you by dialling the number you verified in the app.
• If you have a SkyPro Internet phone number, anyone can call you on it from any phone.

#Missed a call?

Missed calls show in your call history. Switch Home to Calls to see your recent calls and call back.

If you have the app on more than one device with the same account, a call can ring on each of them. If you answer on one, the others show Answered on another device.

#Calls aren't ringing

Check these on your phone:

1. Internet: you need Wi-Fi or mobile data to receive calls.
2. Notifications: allow notifications for the SkyPro Internet app.
3. Microphone: allow the app to use the microphone, or you can't take the call.
4. Signed in: make sure you're signed in to the app.
5. Up to date: update the app to the latest version.
