How to get a SkyPro Internet phone number

A SkyPro Internet phone number lets you call any phone, not just other app users, and lets anyone call you on that number.

#Get your number

1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
2. Tap Get a phone number (on Home, or in Account).
3. The app shows the price and the number you'll get. The number isn't held for you until you buy it.
4. Tap to buy. The price is paid from your wallet. If your wallet is short, the app lets you top up first.

#What calls cost

• Calls to any phone are charged per minute from your wallet. The price depends on the country you're calling, and the app shows it on the keypad before you call.
• You need some money in your wallet to start a paid call.
• Receiving calls is free.
• Calls to other app users on the SkyPro Internet calling network stay free.

Your call history shows how long each call lasted and what it cost. See your call history.

#Change or remove your number

You can change your number to a new one, or remove it, from the phone number settings in the app. A fee may apply to change your number; the app shows it before you confirm.

If you remove your number, you can no longer call other phones or be called on it. Free calls to other app users keep working.
