Connected to Wi-Fi but no internet

Your phone shows it's on the Wi-Fi, but nothing opens. Here's what that means and how to fix it.

Updated 29 October 2026

If your phone or laptop shows it's connected to your SkyPro Internet Wi-Fi but websites and apps won't open, the Wi-Fi is working but the internet connection isn't reaching it. Your device may say "Connected, no internet".

Step 1: Check your plan

Open the SkyPro Internet app. On the Home screen:

  • 0 days left? Your plan has expired. Resubscribe to get back online.
  • No Online next to your plan? Your line is offline. Keep going.

Tip

No internet to open the app? Use mobile data, or sign in to the client portal at customer.skyprointernet.com on another connection.

Step 2: Check other devices

Step 3: Restart

  1. Unplug the small box near the socket (the PoE adapter) and the router.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Plug both back in.
  4. Wait 2–3 minutes and try again.

Step 4: Still no internet?

Message us on WhatsApp at +234 808 110 4449. Tell us your plan is active, all devices are affected, and you've restarted.

Good to know

If you can't see your Wi-Fi name at all, the router may be off or faulty. Check its power first, then see My internet is not working.
