How to resubscribe after your plan has expired

If your internet has stopped because your 30-day plan ran out, top up your wallet and tap Recharge to get back online.

Updated 29 October 2026

Every SkyPro Internet plan runs for 30 days. If your plan ends and there isn't enough money in your wallet to renew it, your internet stops until you recharge. This is one of the most common reasons for "no internet", so it's worth checking first.

Check if your plan has expired

Open the SkyPro Internet app and look at the Home screen. If it shows 0 days left, your plan has expired.

Get back online

  1. Open the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. Tap Payments and fund your wallet by debit card or bank transfer (at least the price of your plan).
  3. Go back to Home and tap Recharge.
  4. Follow the steps to pay for your plan from the wallet.
  5. Wait a few minutes, then try browsing again. If nothing loads, restart your router (unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in).

You can do the same on the client portal: sign in at customer.skyprointernet.com, top up your wallet and renew your plan.

Tip

Want a different speed this time? Tap Change plan on the Home screen. See how to change your plan.

Stop it happening again

Turn on Auto-renewal on the Home screen and keep enough money in your wallet. Your plan will renew automatically every 30 days. See how to turn on auto-renewal.
