I forgot my Wi-Fi password

Find your Wi-Fi password on a phone or laptop that is already connected, or ask us to set a new one.

Updated 29 October 2026

If any device in your home is still connected to your Wi-Fi, you can usually see or share the password from it.

On an Android phone

  1. Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi (or Network & internet, then Wi-Fi).
  2. Tap your Wi-Fi name, or the gear icon next to it.
  3. Tap Share. You may need to confirm with your fingerprint, PIN or face.
  4. A QR code appears. On most phones the password is shown in text under it. Another phone can also scan the QR code to join.

On an iPhone

  1. Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the (i) next to your Wi-Fi name.
  3. Tap Password and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. The password appears.

You can also share Wi-Fi from one iPhone to another nearby iPhone: when the second iPhone tries to join, a Share Password message appears on the first.

On a Windows laptop

  1. Open Settings, then Network & internet, then Wi-Fi.
  2. Choose your Wi-Fi network's properties and look for View Wi-Fi security key. (Menu names differ a little between Windows versions.)

No device is connected?

Ask us to set a new password for you:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +234 808 110 4449 or use Support in the SkyPro Internet app.
  2. Confirm who you are with the name and the phone number or email on your account.
  3. Ask for a new Wi-Fi password. Choose one of at least 12 characters.

Important

Please don't reset the router to get back in. A reset erases your settings and can leave you without internet until a technician visits.
