How to connect a phone, laptop or TV to your Wi-Fi

Join your SkyPro Internet Wi-Fi from any device in a few taps.

Your Wi-Fi name starts with SkyPro Internet, for example "SkyPro Internet Home". Have your Wi-Fi password ready.

Phone or tablet

  1. Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi.
  2. Make sure Wi-Fi is switched on.
  3. Tap your Wi-Fi name in the list.
  4. Type your Wi-Fi password carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive: capital and small letters matter.
  5. Tap Join or Connect.

Laptop

  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon at the bottom right (Windows) or top right (Mac) of the screen.
  2. Choose your Wi-Fi name.
  3. Type the password and click Connect or Join.

Smart TV, TV box or games console

  1. Open the device's Settings, then Network (sometimes Wi-Fi or Wireless).
  2. Choose your Wi-Fi name and type the password with the remote.
  3. Some TVs show both a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz network. If the TV is far from the router, the 2.4 GHz one may be more reliable. See 2.4 GHz vs 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Tip

Already connected on another phone? Share the Wi-Fi instead of typing the password. See I forgot my Wi-Fi password.

It says "wrong password" or won't connect

  1. Check the password again, letter by letter.
  2. Tap the Wi-Fi name and choose Forget (or Forget this network), then join again.
  3. Restart the device and try once more.
  4. If other devices connect fine, see Only one device isn't working.
